Charges for services to be provided by Fast Web UK  are defined in the project quotation during the consultation,  that the Client receives via e-mail. Quotations are valid for a period of 30 days. Fast Web UK reserves the right to alter or decline to provide a quotation after expiry of the 30 days.

Unless agreed otherwise with the Client, all website design services or other services require full payment. Invoices are sent prior to or after making/receiving payment, itemised order, and any other details necessary to the client will be forwarded in a timely manner.

Fast web UK will require all details from your existing website contents, log in details, together with all required details in order for us to carry out your project in a reasonable time. Data protection act 1989 does not allow us to keep your password nor we will use for any other purpose, an unavoidable delay may occur during the transition of your project from us to you, it is the client's responsibility to provide information in a timely manner.

Deposit of 50 % will require from clients, or payment in full if the client agrees with a quotation, however, our commitment would be fulfilled by working closely to make your goal matches your acceptance. Invoices are due upon receipt, invoices will be provided by Fast Web Uk sent via email.

Fast Web UK would purchase any specific or special fonts, stock photography, images etc, these cost are normally paid by the client so to finish the project, we will advise clients for any additional cost involved, and met by the client.

Termination of services by the Client must be requested in a written notice and will be effective on receipt of such notice. E-mail or telephone requests for termination of services will not be honoured until and unless confirmed in writing. The Client will be invoiced for design work completed to the date of first notice of cancellation for payment in full within thirty (30) days. 

It is your responsibility to provide all log in details, for example Wordpress log in details, your existing web hosting contact details, C-Panel log in details, social media integration log in details, payment gateway log in details, and any other integration  may required to install, it is your responsibility that you gather this information before placing an order with us, as unavoidable delays may have additional cost/charges added to your final invoice.

There are no required maintenance fees other than domain registration and hosting. Most people do some work on their site every year, for which we offer several plans. We can make certain parts of the site updatable by you by implementing a custom Content Management System, or installing a blog. For work we do on the site after going live, we charge on an hourly basis. If you expect that maintenance will be a regular occurrence, you can buy a prepaid maintenance contract that affords a discounted hourly rate. If need be, we can customize a maintenance plan for your particular needs, but no plan is required.

Depending upon the nature of the website changes, prepayment may be required. Should the client be invoiced after the changes are completed, the invoice is due upon reciept. If payment is not received within 30 days, the maintenance changes may be taken down until payment is received. After 60 days, there may also be a $35 reposting fee added to the outstanding maintenance invoice balance.

As a valued clients, We will create 3 daily blog posting on your website, with internal linking for as little as $5 per day, for this service kindly please provide your WordPress login details. Any other services your require from us,  we offere our cheapest , and  most cost effective chagres for maintance of your websites.
